To register and use the apalado platform, you must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement applies regardless of your location within the Philippines. apalado enforces age verification through the KYC process during account registration. If it is found that a player has misrepresented their age, the account will be closed immediately and any funds held in it may be withheld pending review.

By completing registration, you confirm that:

• You are 21 years of age or older.
• You are a resident of the Philippines or are otherwise legally permitted to access the platform.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not acting as an agent for another person.
• Online gaming is not prohibited under any laws that apply to you personally.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on apalado. Opening multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended. apalado reserves the right to merge, close, or void accounts where duplicates are identified.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and a valid Philippine government ID. KYC verification must be completed before withdrawal capabilities are fully activated on your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. apalado uses OTP verification on every login as an additional security measure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately through your account dashboard. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.

• Acceptable IDs include: Philippine passport, driver's licence, PhilSys card, SSS ID, and equivalent government-issued identification.
• Account sharing is not permitted. Your account is for personal use only.
• apalado reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for identity verification purposes.

All financial transactions on the apalado platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). There is no currency conversion involved. Supported deposit and withdrawal channels include Philippine online and mobile banking, bank transfer, GCash, Maya, and other supported local e-wallets. apalado does not accept cryptocurrency or credit cards as payment methods for gaming deposits or wagering. This is a firm platform policy and applies to all account holders without exception.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to KYC completion and account status. Processing times vary by payment method and may differ based on your VIP tier — details are available on the VIP page. apalado reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal if deemed necessary for identity or security purposes.

• Deposits are credited to your PHP wallet upon confirmed receipt.

apalado reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion where there is reasonable cause to do so. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, dishonest, or illegal activity.
• Use of automated tools or exploitation of system errors.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (details available on request).

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Where an account is closed voluntarily and the balance is in good standing, any verified PHP funds will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal channel subject to standard processing procedures.

apalado provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to ensure continuous access, apalado does not guarantee uninterrupted service and is not liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability, technical faults, or circumstances beyond the platform's reasonable control.

apalado is not liable for losses that result from a player's own decisions, gaming choices, or misuse of the platform. All financial decisions made on the platform — including the amounts wagered — are the responsibility of the account holder.

• apalado is not responsible for losses caused by a player using a device or network that has been compromised.
• In the event of a dispute, the maximum liability of apalado is limited to the amount of the stake involved in the disputed transaction.

apalado reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after any changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account. Funds held in good standing will be returned following standard verification procedures.
